Really enjoyed the place! Fantastic location. Walkable to everything. Convenient access to the waterfront and all the restaurants in town. Easy to park and have access to your car to drive around the rest of the coastline. Would definitely stay again!

This is a great little spot in Camden. You can walk to anything you would need in town. The place is modern and chic. Loved the river going through the back patio. Very cool place.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful studio apartment style unit. The unit was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kitchen area is well equipped, and although we didn't use it much there is everything you need to prepare or enjoy meals. We especially enjoyed the semi-private deck overlooking a lovely waterfall, it was a great place for a cup of coffee in the morning and such a peaceful spot to relax. The king sized bed was very comfortable, one of the better beds we've had at an Airbnb. We can tell that the hosts went to great efforts to make the place clean and comfortable.
On-site parking is a huge plus! You can just leave your car and easily walk to the harbor, downtown shops, and great restaurants, which made exploring the area stress-free.
The hosts were incredibly responsive and friendly, making the whole experience smooth and welcoming. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again!

Our stay in Camden, Maine, was absolutely perfect. The apartment was beautiful, spotless, and so comfortable — truly felt like home. The location couldn’t have been better: right in town, close to everything, with great restaurants and shops just steps away. We loved being able to walk down to the harbor and enjoy the gorgeous waterfront views every day. Camden is such a charming, picture-perfect town, and this apartment made our visit even more special. We can’t wait to come back!

We could not have enjoyed our stay any more than we did! The Optimist 2 is stylish, clean, comfortable and so very nice. My wife and I even extended our stay by a night because we loved Camden so much! The space is so quiet and peaceful and we loved relaxing outside with the sound of the stream running by. It's an easy walk to downtown Camden and the parking was easy! We parked in the lot to the front beside the fire station. We are already planning our next trip to Maine and it will DEFINITELY include a multi-night stay in Camden at this beautiful place! 5 stars!

If you want a place in walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the harbor, this is the perfect place. The room is perfectly stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hairdryer. The space was super clean and has a wonderful private table outside for relaxing with a drink. Oh and the towels were amazing!!

The location is perfect! After reading the reviews, we decided to stay here super last minute and I’m so glad we did! The host were very responsive and the condo was clean and well appointed. Super easy to get to and parking was no problem. Also, after reading the reviews, we tried out 40 paper which is literally in same building. It was wonderful! And even better, the host provided a 20% off coupon. Location is huge to me and this one couldn’t be beat! Can walk just about anywhere. I would definitely book again !

We loved our stay in Camden! We had never been and found it to be our favorite place on our Maine trip! What a wonderful Airbnb! Felt safe, clean, private. We loved the water running through the creek off the back porch and enjoyed our breakfasts on the back porch each morning. We found Camden and restaurants easily walkable from the Airbnb, and an easy walk to the trailhead of Mt. Battie. Beautiful trail and gorgeous view from Mt. Battie! Ryan and Evan were wonderful hosts and proactive about all we needed. Will definitely stay again if we ever return to Camden!
